APPLICANT CERTIFICATION, AUTHORIZATION, AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENT

By submitting this application, the Applicant represents and warrants that all information provided to The Syndicate ("Company") is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading to the best of the Applicant's knowledge. The Applicant understands that any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the denial, withdrawal, or termination of any financing request or business relationship. The Applicant authorizes the Company and its designated lenders, funding providers, investors, financial institutions, service providers, and underwriting partners to obtain, verify, and exchange information necessary to evaluate this request for financing. This authorization may include, but is not limited to, the verification of business records, ownership information, banking history, revenue, credit profile, public records, and other information reasonably required in connection with underwriting, funding, servicing, or collection activities. The Applicant acknowledges that the Company operates as a funding coach, consultant, broker, referral source, and facilitator and may introduce the Applicant to one or more lenders, investors, financing companies, or other funding sources ("Introduced Funding Sources"). The Company does not guarantee approval, specific terms, rates, funding amounts, or funding timelines. In consideration of the Company's efforts, resources, industry relationships, and introductions, the Applicant agrees that for a period of three (3) years from the date of application, the Applicant shall not directly or indirectly circumvent, bypass, avoid, or otherwise engage with any Introduced Funding Source first identified, presented, or introduced by the Company without the Company's prior written consent. This restriction applies whether the transaction is completed immediately, renewed, refinanced, modified, extended, or entered into at a later date. The Applicant further agrees not to use any information, contacts, lender relationships, or funding opportunities provided by the Company to obtain financing outside of the Company's involvement for the purpose of avoiding fees, commissions, compensation, or other obligations owed to the Company. The Applicant consents to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, electronic communications, and electronic delivery of disclosures and documents. Electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original handwritten signatures. By signing below, the Applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms contained in this Certification, Authorization, and Non-Circumvention Agreement.
